Forgot password?

Don't worry — your admin can reset it for you.

What to do

  1. Contact your administrator (Avik Kanrar).
  2. Confirm your full name and employee code (e.g. MCC-001).
  3. Admin will reset your password and share a new one with you via WhatsApp / SMS.
  4. Log in with the new password — you will be asked to change it to one of your own.

For security, password resets cannot be done over email or self-service.
